Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial cleaning, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Perform and oversee daily cleaning tasks such as buffing, floor care, and custodial duties
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with facilities maintenance for any repair or maintenance needs
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures

Skills:

- Proven experience in commercial and industrial cleaning
- Strong knowledge of floor care and maintenance techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of custodial duties and porter responsibilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
